October 2009 - Watson is invited to be a guest speaker at SiegeCon 2009 (Southern Interactive Entertainment & Game Expo) in Atlanta, GA. Topics will be on video game music, sound design, and field recordings.

March 2009 - For an undisclosed AAA sci-fi video game, we were contracted to field record multiple exotic, muscle, and truck vehicles. It was intense yet fun to do burnouts and speed above 100mph. One ProCharger Corvette went up to 150mph!!!

October 2008 - Along with On Your Mark Music Productions, Watson Wu Studios was contracted to field record various U.S. Marines vehicles. Vehicle were the M1A1 Abrams tank, armor plated humvee, and others. Operation Flashpoint - Dragon Rising (part 2) is set to release in Spring of 2009 from the popular British game maker Codemasters.

September 2008 - Gamespot.com reviews Spore, by Kevin VanOrd: "Spore's sound design shines from beginning to end. The creatures themselves sound terrific, and are the source of much of the game's overflowing charm."

September 2008 - Electronic Arts/Maxis finally released Spore! Watson Wu Studios was contracted to provide various field recordings of great apes and birds. Be sure to play and listen to the creatures in the 2nd level!

May 2008 - Watson Wu Studios' music has been again licensed to It's Me Or The Dog as well as a popular Australian video game TV show called Good Game.

September 2007 - Watson Wu Studios' music has been licensed to the hit British TV show It's Me Or The Dog, starting popular dog expert trainer Victoria Stilwell.

February 2007 - Watson Wu Studios was contracted to assist field record a few high performance cars for Electronic Arts' Need for Speed - ProStreet. At Sebring Raceway in Florida were the Cadillac GT, Corvette CR06 GT, and the Viper GT. A quote from Watson: "The Corvette GT is The Loudest Car in The World!"

December 2005 - Watson Wu Studios has been contracted to provide some exotic car engine recordings for Electronic Arts' "Need For Speed 2007" video game series. Click on the numbers to see a few pictures. Pic 1 Pic 2 Pic 3

September 2005 - Watson Wu Studios is in the process of completing a huge sound design project involving field recordings and editing of ambiences, animals and vehicles. Be sure to visit again to read the details.

May 2005 - Watson Wu Studios has licensed music for the up coming "XBox" and "Windows" video game "Serious Sam II". Serious Sam II is published by 2k Games and developed by Croteam.

March 2005 - Watson Wu Studios' music has been licensed in a new game by Hasbro, Trivial Pursuit DVD. Held in Nürnberg, Germany, this interactive DVD edition game has won the Innovation award for the Trend Category at the International Toy Fair.

March 2005 - Watson Wu Studios begins more work for publisher West One Music

November 2004 - "Big Screen" album from Publisher West One Music (London, England) has just been officially released. Our songs are from tracks 34 - 43. Click HERE!

August 2004 - Publisher West One Music (London, England) signed Watson Wu Studios to produce 10 tracks for their movie trailer promos.

July 2004 - Stone Ring Wireless Entertainment (Santa Monica, CA and Austin, TX) signed a contract to have Watson Wu Studios create polyphonic Nokia ringtones.

Watson Wu ran the professional video system during the Game Audio Network Guild (G.A.N.G.) 2nd annual Awards show.

September 2003 - G.A.N.G. [Game Audio Network Guild] has made Watson the official G.A.N.G. Forum Moderator [also known as the messageboard]. June 2003 - Watson Wu Studios and Director Watson Wu is now featured in the new book titled "The Fat Man on Game Audio: Tasty Morsels of Sonic Goodness" by George Sanger. See the "Gallery of the Greats" chapter which includes a picture of George and Watson. The photograph was taken during a G.A.N.G. meeting in L.A. 2002.

March 2003 - Watson Wu Studios expanded again with a third studio in Orlando-Winter Park area. Being able to mix 5.1 with ProTools Workstations is now available.

January 2003 - Watson Wu Studios has been hired out to remix dance music for Elite All Star Cheerleading competition.

January 2003 - Watson Wu Studios has expanded by adding on a second studio in Miami, Florida.

November 2002 - G.A.N.G. President and Watson Wu will be at Full Sail, Orlando-Winter Park area.

November 2002 - The Candy Party Stop has contracted us to create original sound design and voice over for their company sound.

October 2002 - Director Watson Wu has been nominated to be on the G.A.N.G. [Game Audio Network Guild] Advisory Board.

March 2003 - Watson Wu joined the new non-profit organization G.A.N.G. [Game Auduio Network Guild] as a bronze member. G.A.N.G. promotes excellence in interactive game audio.

September 2002 - Watson Wu Studios' DJ/trance/electronica style music was featured on TranceDomain's web site based in Orlando, Florida.

December 2001 - Soundtrack Express from NY has started licensing out Watson Wu Studios' original music and sound design for new media such as interactive games, films, corporations, and commericals.

June 2001 - Watson Wu Studios provided original music for Smart Games.

January 1999 - Monarch Studios has started contracting out original music and sound design from Watson Wu Studios.
