Modern Warfare game!!

Call of Duty Modern Warfare is Now in all major stores. I’m honored to say that I was contracted to source out and record some of the weapon and explosion sounds for this game title.
Infinity Audio Team flew to Florida and we recorded explosions and blank firing at urban environment (for safety reason), blank firing inside a medium security prison and inside a home on a Huge private property in Arcadia, Florida. Instead of recording direct firing, the task was to capture the way sounds echo off of buildings and around corners.
We ran hundreds of hundreds of feet of Shielded Ethernet Cables in order to reach the vast distance of where sound travels. Each of the ethernet cables supported 4 audio signals. Multiple 8 track field recorders and different brands of microphones were used to capture all the possible reflection sounds.
