Mufasa Lion King movie I worked on
/Mufasa Lion King 2024 is a movie I was hired to work on. Tons of animal recordings were done here in Florida, in Texas and in Tennesse.
When you hear the adult lion roar, it’s from Alex, The Lion in Arcadia, Florida. Warthog sounds came from Bruce and Gibbs in Texas. Sounds of Zazu (African Red-Bill Hornbill bird) came from Pilar, in Tennessee.
It would take several several entries to write down all that was done for this movie. Enjoy our hard work.
Special thanks to Director Barry Jenkins, Supervising Sound Editor Onnalee Blank, and entire Sound Department, Lions Tigers and Bears, Robert & Jenny at Zoomagination, Kelly, Shiloh Keuler, Memphis Zoo, and many many more!
