The following is a review of my new backpack. Because I often get hired to do complex recording jobs, there's always a need for me to use certain bags or cases for transport. Also, below the backpack is a hidden compartment containing a rain cover!

This is a short review of my new Mountainsmith Borealis backpack. I Can fit my Sound Devices 788 8 track field recorder (inside a slim Portabrace audio bag with strap), a DPA 5.1 surround sound mic, a mic stand, a water bottle, various accessories, and a 15" Macbook Pro laptop.
